Student Eligibility Information

To be eligible for CAPS services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Cal Poly Pomona student enrolled during the quarter you receive CAPS services.

• Must be at least 18 years of age. Students under 18 years of age need parental or guardian consent.

Note: Extended/Open University students and IPOLY High School students are not eligible for CAPS Services.
