Student Eligibility Information

To be eligible for CAPS services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a Cal Poly Pomona student enrolled during the quarter you receive CAPS services.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. Students under 18 years of age need parental or guardian consent.

College of Extended University students are eligible for an initial screening.  Counseling at CAPS is provided only after all regularly enrolled students are serviced. If CAPS is at capacity community referrals will be made available.

IPOLY High School students are not eligible for CAPS Services.
