On-Campus Interviewing

Student Eligibility

The OCI Program is available for all currently enrolled students.  Alumnus who are currently registered with the Career Center may also participate.  All participants. However, must be registered in BroncoConnection and have a resume uploaded into the system before they can apply for on-campus interviews.

Interviews in the On-Campus Interviewing Program are usually geared for graduating seniors and graduate students who are seeking full-time employment. Occasionally, employers also use campus interviews to fill internship positions.  

Cal Poly Pomona alumni are also eligible for OCR, but must register with the Career Center. Employers, however, generally seek recent alumni through this program and refer mid-career job seekers to their conventional hiring process.
