The Career Center is an excellent resource for you to recruit quality workers for part-time student work, internships, entry-level full-time positions, or full-time experienced positions. The various services we offer, give you different ways to interact and recruit from our talented pool of students. We want you to think of the Cal Poly Pomona Career Center as the best place to fulfill your staffing needs.

Post Jobs for FREE Fast, efficient posting of your employment opportunities are provided through BroncoConnection, a state-of-the-art job listing service. Your part-time, internship, and full-time job postings are available to students and alumni seven days a week, 24 hours a day.	The Career Center hosts a number of job fairs throughout the year to provide you with the opportunity to gain visibility on-campus, gather resumes, recruit quality employees from our diverse student population, provide company information, and network with students, faculty and alumni on an informal basis.	The Career Center invites you to come to campus to interview graduating seniors and Cal Poly Pomona alumni for full-time degree-required professional positions. You may also participate in the on-campus recruiting program for internships that provide meaningful work experience related to the student field of study.

Increase your campus presence and visibility Stimulate interest by providing an industry, company and career path overview. Publicize and promote your campus recruitment plans Boost resume submissions and encourage interview signups. Address general topics such as your corporate culture, benefits packages, and other topics that would otherwise take up valuable interview time.	Reserve a date to be in a busy traffic area outside The Career Center to talk with students and showcase your company. PR tables provide a great opportunity for you to provide information about your company, job openings, and product or services. To schedule a PR table for at a nominal fee, contact The Career Center at 909-869-2342.	The Partners Program provides you with enhanced services designed to build your brand awareness on-campus and attract the best possible candidates for your positions.
