Each selected notetaker must meet student assistant eligility requirements: a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher, enrollment in 6.1 or more units, and must be eligible to work in the United States.  Upon meeting these requirements, each notetaker will be hired as a student assistant and compensated at the rate of $20 per class unit.  Payment for services will be processed at the end of each quarter.

Guidelines and Procedures packet from the DRC office for each class in
which a notetaker will be used.

2.  The DRC student is responsible for the cost of receiving copies of all notes.

3.  During the tenth week of the quarter, the DRC student must sign the
Notetaker Certification form, confirming that the notetaker has met
their responsiblities and is eligible for compensation.

Notetaker Responsiblites:
1.  Notetakers must maintain confidentiality regarding the student's disability at
     all times.

2.  Notetakers must return their signed Notetaker application to the DRC office
no later than the date indicated on the application.

3.  Upon receipt of the application, DRC and the notetaker will begin the
student assistant hiring process, which includes completion of the hiring
process by the notetaker in Human Resources.

4.  During the tenth week of the quarter, the Notetaker Certification form must
