What if I have a problem getting the classes I need?
· If you find that the course section you want to register for is closed or indicates that there are zero (0) seats in the class, attempt to register in the class so that the registration system and the academic department can track the number of students who were not able to register. In addition, directly contact the department that is offering the class to have your name added to a course demand list.
· Additional sections of high demand classes may open during the registration period. In addition, seats become available during the registration period as students adjust their class schedules. Check back frequently through BroncoDirect for these openings.
· If you are close to graduation, but are unable to register for one of your last degree requirements, contact your department chair and/or academic advisor to explore the possibility of a course substitution.
· You will have additional opportunities to add classes during a schedule adjustment period in August and the usual Add/Drop period in September.

Will financial aid cover the costs should a fee increase be approved?
When fees increase, this results in an increase in the budget estimated for students receiving financial aid. The state increases the State University Grant (SUG) proportionate to fees which means that students who receive SUG may see an increase equal to their fee increase. Student who are not on aid and students who do not receive SUG may be considered for additional loan funds. The Office of Financial Aid will communicate any changes in aid awards should a fee increase occur.
