Sorry, the deadline to complete the General Scholarship Application was: Sunday, February 15, 2009 If you have already filled out a General Scholarship Application for 2009/10 don't forget to submit Two Letters of Recommendation (mail, hand deliver or fax them to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships), one of which must be from an instructor. The person completing your letter of recommendation should comment on your scholastic achievements and personal strengths such as potential, maturity, motivation, self-confidence, leadership, perseverance, extracurricular activities and community involvement. Each Letter of Recommendation must also be accompanied by a Scholarship Evaluation Forms completed by the same person writing the letter of recommendation. What’s Next: After you have submitted your completed scholarship packet to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships: Your application will be reviewed for completeness.   If complete, your application will be forwarded to the appropriate scholarship selection committee.   Committees meet and evaluate applications throughout the academic year. If you are chosen as a recipient you will receive a congratulation letter (which will instruct you on how to obtain your scholarship funds). Back to Scholarships
