Judicial Affairs Office |
The Office of Judicial Affairs is responsible for ensuring a fair, just, and impartial disciplinary process for students charged with violating the Student Code of Conduct, with a goal of providing information and resources to achieve a community of respect, civility and integrity for all members of the community. In all of their doings, the staff strives to make each student interaction an educational one for all parties involved.
All academic dishonesty cases that occur in the classroom shall be handled by faculty members. However, after action has been taken by the faculty member, the faculty member shall submit the following information:
Report an academic dishonesty incident by sending an email with the information above to pjmucino@csupomona.edu. Please call 909/869-6990 with any questions or to seek advice in pursuing an incident.

The Judicial Affairs Office has teamed up with the College of Business Administration, University Writing Center, and Studio 6 to create streaming videos that address common academic dishonesty issues. The videos were created to enhance student awareness of academic integrity, and have been proven successful in a pilot study conducted by the College of Business Administration.
