Daily Rideshare Records

Download or print the Daily Rideshare Record. You may submit your record to the Rideshare Office by:

     - Click on the submit by e-mail button
     - Fax it to x4945 (please call x4781 to confirm we have received it)
    - Bring in person to the Rideshare Office in Building 109
    - Send by campus mail
     - Put it in the drop box located in the CLA Building next to the Information Window

Change Form

If you move to a new address, change or add carpool partners, change your name, change your work phone number, you must update your information with the Rideshare Office. You may submit via e-mail or print the form and submit it to the Rideshare Office.

Metro Rewards

Effective May 8, 2013, the Metro Rewards program has ended. This is due to lack of funding. Thank you for your participation.
