1. You must meet eligibility requirements outlined in the Rideshare policy.

2. You must have at least one person to be your rideshare partner.

3. You must be an employee paid by the state.

4. You must start working between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

5. You must fill out a registration form which can be obtained at the Rideshare office and complete an orientation with the Rideshare Coordinator.

6. You must fill out and turn in a Daily Rideshare Record monthly to our office on time.
