Records 

The Records Division maintains all police records, the daily log, processes arrests and citations, and submits crime statistics to the Department of Justice.

The daily police log is available upon request at Building 91. A media log is provided to the Poly Post (student newspaper) on a weekly basis.

Copies of police reports are available upon request to authorized individuals for a processing fee of $10.00 ($5.00 for university students/employees). Please allow minimum 10 working days after the report date. Processing time may be delayed due to exigent circumstances.
