The Degree Progress Report

The Degree Progress Report is a tool that provides information about the completion status of undergraduate degree requirements at Cal Poly Pomona.  Commonly called the "degree audit", it indicates which requirements have been satisfied and which ones still must be completed.

Obtaining the Degree Progress Report

The Degree Progress Report is available to students and academic advisors through BroncoDirect.  For assistance in reading the report, view Understanding The Degree Audit.  Students with transfer courses should also obtain the Transfer Credit Report from BroncoDirect.  Used together, the Degree Progress Report and Transfer Credit Report provide detailed information on how completed courses in Cal Poly Pomona and/or other institutions are applied to degree requirements.

Questions regarding your Degree Progress Report

Questions regarding the Degree Progress Report may be submitted using an online inquiry form specific to the major.  These questions will be directed to an evaluator in the Registrar's Office.  Faculty advisers or other academic department personnel who have questions regarding a student's report may also submit their questions by completing the Discrepancy Resolution Request Form.  At this time, this form must be sent to the Registrar's Office via campus mail.
