Our Office Hours

Our normal office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm except for State Closure Dates.  Due to budget cuts to the California State University system, Cal Poly Pomona will observe 24 scheduled state closure dates beginning August 2009 and running through June 2010.  Click here to view the closure dates for the 2009-10 academic year. 

Our Office Location

The Registrar’s Office is located on the 2nd floor of the CLA building (98).  The entrance is located just up the main stairs; go through the automatic doors at the top of the landing of the tower side of the building.  Building 98 R2- 20 (The CLA is the building commonly referenced by the point at the top.)

Directions to Our Office

The map below has a red arrow that indicates the main entrance to the CLA.  If you take the stairs, go through the automatic doors at the top of the landing and go through the glass double doors on your right.  An alternative, that is wheelchair accessible, is to enter through the double sliding automatic doors that are located to the right of the main stairs.  If you enter this way, go down the main hall and turn left at the hallway located midway through the building.  The tower side elevators are located just past Human Resources. Once you reach the 2nd floor the office will be on the opposite side of the hallway and through the glass double doors.

BY SHUTTLE:

BY CAR:
If you are a visitor to campus, please stop by the Parking & Information Booth (bottom left in map) located just off Kellogg Drive to receive parking directions.  Metered parking is available along the loop in front of the CLA that travels around Voorhis Alumni Park. Longer term parking is available in designated areas of Parking Lot D, F8, F4 or the Parking Structure with a valid permit. Temporary permits can be obtained from the Parking & Information Booth or yellow parking permit dispensers located in the parking structure and Lot F4.  Driving instructions to campus appear below.

BY BICYCLE:
There is a bicycle rack in front of the building for the convenience of bicyclists. Remember to lock your bike and ALWAYS wear your helmet!

Driving Directions to Cal Poly Pomona

From Los Angeles:

Take the 10 freeway EAST and exit at Kellogg Drive.  The ramp will transition on to Kellogg Drive.  You should be on the left side of the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors. Follow Kellogg Drive and after the stop light turn right when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From Orange County:

Take the 57 freeway NORTH to Temple Avenue and exit north (left-hand turn) to the campus.  Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive.  Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From The Inland Empire:

Take the 10 freeway WEST and exit at Kellogg Drive.  Stay in your left lane, you should be on the left side of the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors.  Follow Kellogg Drive and after the stop light turn right when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From the Pasadena area:

Take the 210 freeway EAST to 57 Freeway SOUTH. Exit on Temple Avenue and turn north (right-hand turn) to the campus.  Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive.  Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
