Requests for official transcripts must be made in-person, by mail or fax. All transcript requests must be signed and all fees must be paid before transcript is processed. Transcript requests take from 5-10 business days to process. Same day processing service is not available.

Transcript fees must be paid before transcripts can be released. For those requesting transcripts in-person, the Cashier's Office is located in Build 98 (CLA) B1-123, adjacent to the Japanese Garden, and their office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
*Please make checks and money orders payable to Cal Poly Pomona.
Submit completed and signed Transcript Request Form and return to the Registrar's Office, CLA-Building 98, 2nd floor during business hours.
Fill-out and sign Transcript Request Form.
Include transcript fee and mail to the Registrar's Office, 3801 W. Temple Ave., Pomona, CA 91768.
Fill-out and sign Transcript Request Form.
Pay transcript fee with credit card by calling the Cashier's Office at (909) 869-2010.
Fax completed form to the Registrar's Office at (909) 869-6961.
*If you are unable to download/print the Transcript Request Form, please write a letter that includes the following information:
Last Name, First Name MI
Former Names under which you attended Cal Poly Pomona
Mailing Address
Telephone Number
Date of Birth
Bronco ID Number (or other identifying number)
Sepcific mailing address where you want transcript(s) to be sent
Signature (unsigned requests will not be processed)
An unofficial transcript report is available through the Student Role in BroncoDirect. An active BroncoName and password is required to access BroncoDirect. If you are uncertain whether your account is active or if you don't remember your BroncoName and password, please contact Cal Poly Pomona's Help Desk at (909) 869-6776 or helpdesk@csupomona.edu for assistance.
If you do not have an active account and are unable to access BroncoDirect, please request an official transcript from the Registrar's Office.
