Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  

SPECIAL SUMMER OFFICE HOURS (June 11, 2012 - August 24, 2012)

**Cal Poly Pomona will be on a 4/10 schedule beginning Monday, June 11, 2012  through Friday, August 24, 2012. During the summer there will be one work week where the campus will revert to a standard schedule. The week of July 30th through August 3rd this office will be open during our normal office hours.  By implementing a 4/10 Summer Schedule, the campus is able to reduce energy costs and our carbon footprint by reducing commuting and utility usage.

Our Office Location

Student Affairs Information & Technology Services (SAITS) is located in building 91. The entrance is located off the intersection of Red Gum Lane and University Drive. The building is across from parking lot F2 and is commonly referenced as the former Police and Parking building. There are several 30 minute visitor and handicap accessible parking spaces located directly in front of the building and a ramp leads up to the front door.

Directions to Our Office

The map below has a red arrow that indicates the main entrance to SAITS. Go up the ramp, through the door to the front desk and reception window.

BY SHUTTLE:
Shuttle A travels in one direction around campus and will stop on Red Gum Lane in front of the building before continuing on Red Gum Lane. Shuttle B travels in both directions on University Drive, Red Gum Lane, and Eucalptus Lane. Shuttle B will stop on both sides of Red Gum Lane either before turning left on to University Drive or continuing on Red Gum Lane.

BY CAR:
Thirty-minute visitor and handicap accessible parking is available directly in front of the building and service vehicle (special permit) parking is located in back of the building.

If you are a visitor to campus, please stop by the Parking & Information Booth (bottom left in map) located just off Kellogg Drive to receive parking directions. Advise the staff if you are here to visit Student Affairs Information & Technology Services in Building 91.  Unless directed otherwise, parking is generally available in Lots F2-F10 or the Parking Structure. You can also visit any yellow parking permit dispenser to receive a day parking permit.

BY BICYCLE:
Building 91 does not have a bike rack; a rack is available in front of the CLA building.

Driving directions to Cal Poly Pomona

From Los Angeles:

Take the 10 freeway EAST and exit at Kellogg Drive.  The ramp will transition on to Kellogg Drive.  You should be on the left side of the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors. Follow Kellogg Drive and after the stop light turn right when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From Orange County:

Take the 57 freeway NORTH to Temple Avenue and exit north (left-hand turn) to the campus.  Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive.  Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From The Inland Empire:

Take the 10 freeway WEST and exit at Kellogg Drive.  Stay in your left lane, you should be on the left side of the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors.  Follow Kellogg Drive and after the stop light turn right when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.

From the Pasadena area:

Take the 210 freeway EAST to 57 Freeway SOUTH. Exit on Temple Avenue and turn north (right-hand turn) to the campus.  Temple will go down the hill. Stay on Temple until the large electronic marquee that welcomes visitors at South Campus Drive.  Turn right on South Campus Drive, left on Kellogg Drive, and turn left when you see the Visitor Parking Booth.
