Policies and Procedures Manual

This manual is a general guideline for Student Health Services personnel. Under certain circumstances, prudent judgment may dictate exceptions to these rules. More detailed procedures may be found in Departmental Procedure Manuals. Copies of all forms mentioned in this manual may be found in the Health Center Forms Manual.

When in doubt, one should consult the supervisor of his or her department, the Coordinator for Administrative Services, the Clinical Coordinator or the Director.
