Individual Consultations for Alcohol and Drugs

Is your substance use interfering with your daily life activities? Has someone ever suggested you quit drinking or using drugs? Do you know someone whose abusive lifestyle is impacting your life?

As part of your fee-covered basic services, professional Health Educators are available to provide education and counseling at no cost.  Call (909) 869-4000 for an appointment or stop in at the SHS Wellness Center (BLDG 46) to receive confidential information and assistance on alcohol and other drug use or abuse.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)  offers time-limited, confidential counseling services, at no additional charge to enrolled students.  Services include initial screening and assessment; crisis intervention; life skills development courses; interpersonal process groups; brief individual, couples, and family therapy; and referrals.
