Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social wellbeing in relation to sexuality. Maintaining and being aware of your sexual health is very important. Knowing your body and what is normal for you should be a main concern. A positive outlook on your own sexuality will help you to feel comfortable about your body and the care it needs.
