2008 CiVSA Annual Conference
Registration Information

Registration
Early bird registration begins on February 1, 2008 and will close on April 15, 2008. As a reminder, April 15 happens to be the tax deadline date as well. Regular registration will begin April 16, 2008 and will close on June 5, 2008. Registration will close June 5, 2008 so that we may properly prepare for the conference.

CiVSA members are those institutions or individuals who have paid their membership fees for the 2007-08 academic year. For more information on becoming a member, please visit our membership web site: http://www.civsa.org/membership/membership-types.htm

Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each registrant. If you do not receive notice of your confirmation e-mail within two business days, please contact Rosa Lamas-Serratos at (909) 869-3403 or rrserratos@csupomona.edu.

Payment
After completing your registration form, you will have the option to pay by credit card or check. If you are paying by credit card, please print out the invoice once you complete the Pay Pal payment process. If you are paying by check, please print out your registration form. Please send your payment to the Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association. An invoice can be mailed to you from the CiVSA headquarters, if necessary.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
The conference is non-refundable. You have two options: to use your payment towards the credit of another CiVSA conference; or you may select a replacement person to attend the conference. Requests for credit or a replacement person, please contact CiVSA Headquarters.

Non-CiVSA Member	$450 per person	February 1 to April 15
